Projects of the Oxford DDA:
- Atcheson Alley Placemaking project $2,500 match for grant for new furniture, planters and artwork in Southeast quadrant of downtown.
- Centennial Park Paint It Black $300 to refurbish fence and benches in park.
- Business Boot Camp $500 for educational series for district business owners.
- Bicycle Parking Downtown $2,800 for new bike rack in downtown.

M-24 Reconstruction Streetscape project:
The DDA continues to place money into our investment account to cover the costs of the streetscape project. Our goal is to have $400,000 in our investment account & fund balance to cover the costs of the 2020 streetscape project on M-24. Designs have been finalized and the project is expected to begin construction in spring of 2020.
Fund Balance
At the end of fiscal year 2018-2019 the Oxford DDA had a fund Balance of 398,500 of which $350,000 was reserved for the 2020 streetscape project, which is in the 2004 TIF plan, and $48,500 held in reserve as a financial best practice being 12% of our annual budget.
