    xford DDA Required Reporting

    Under PA 57, each municipality that has a tax incremented authority as described in the bill must create a website, or use an existing municipality website, that is operated and regularly maintained with access to authority records and documents for the fiscal year beginning on the effective date of the bill. The new general reporting requirements take effect 180 days after the end of an authority’s current fiscal year as of January 1, 2019.
