Garbage and Recycling Information
The Village of Oxford residential garbage collection is done by contract through Green For Life (GFL). The contract requires all waste and recycling to be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. Even though GFL might service your street at a specific time there is ALWAYS a chance that they may have to adjust their service time due to manpower and equipment availability so please have your garbage and recycling out by 7:00 a.m.

Collection day for Village residential garbage service is on Thursdays.
Collection day will ONLY be pushed to Fridays when the following holidays fall on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday:
New years Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
The following pages have the information you need regarding recycling, yard waste, and acceptable materials. Yard waste pick-up begins April 1st and runs through the last pick up day in November.
