To reserve your dates, here is what you need:
For Private Events at Centennial Park, Scripter Park or the ball fields on S. Glaspie St.Park use request and approval form
Complete this form and return it and your $100 deposit to the Village Offices at 22 W. Burdick St. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 5 PM.
For Public Events on Village Property, Centennial or Scripter Park Special Event Application
Complete this form and return it to the Village Offices at 22 W. Burdick St. Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 5 PM with your $100 deposit. The form must be completed 60 days prior to your event and requires Council Approval.
